How we work

From your first message to launch day.

1

Tell us about your project

Use the contact form or write to info@edanfs.com. A few lines are enough: what you want to build, who it is for and when you need it online.

2

Book a strategy call

Within one business day we reply with a couple of questions and a time for a call. We talk about goals, budget and what success looks like for you.

3

Proposal and timeline

You receive a written proposal with scope, timeline and cost. Once it is approved we start, and most websites go live in about three weeks.

Frequently asked questions

Questions we hear before every project.

What can EDANFS build for my business?

Websites on Webflow or WordPress, native iOS apps and widgets, and AI tools such as customer assistants, automated quotes and bookings. Many projects combine two of these, for example a new website with an AI assistant that answers incoming requests.

Do you work with clients outside Italy?

Yes. The studio is based in Udine, Italy, and works in English and Italian. Calls happen on video, so the project runs the same way wherever you are.

How long does a project take?

A typical marketing website takes around three weeks from the approved proposal to launch. Larger sites, e-commerce and apps take longer, and every proposal includes a realistic timeline.

Can you improve an existing website?

Yes. We often start from a site that already exists: we review speed, structure and content, then decide with you whether to redesign it or improve it step by step.

What should I include in my first message?

Your goal, a rough deadline, links to any existing site or brand material, and a budget range if you have one. If you are not sure yet, describe the problem you want to solve: that is enough to start.

Do I need a finished brief before contacting you?

No. Many projects start with a rough idea. Part of the strategy call is turning that idea into a clear brief, with priorities, a first scope and the questions that still need an answer.
